This is the second time I’ve photographed this family. I first met them when this big toddler was a little 8 month old and he is now a big brother! It was so fun meeting their first new baby girl and seeing how much she is already loved.

I first met this family three years ago when doing newborn photos for their firstborn in their DC home. We did outdoor newborn photos for their second during COVID and I was so glad we could capture this fall family photo for them now that both boys are a year older.

This family is one of my favorites. I have been photographing them since she was a newborn. This little lady has a lot of two year old spunk which makes it fun and funny to photographer her. I’m sure her little brother will be just like soon enough!

I have been photographing these guys for almost 7 years. We have done pictures all over Washington DC but this time, this beautiful garden was the perfect spot. Frequently I will get questions from family members, spouses, friends, and parents asking about gifting a photo session. This is such a thoughtful gift and since they will have these photos forever it is really a gift that keeps on gifting. This sweet DC dad purchased this session as a gift for his wife for her birthday. Little 10 month old E was full of smiles and wonder-a perfect age to photograph! Thanks for the sweet gift.

Big Brother to Be {Washington DC Newborn Photographer}

This is one of my favorite DC Families. I met them when this guy was still inside and we did maternity photos, then newborn photos, and now that he is one year old we are capturing them at this fun and exciting time in their lives! He is just on the edge of walking so all he wanted to do was…walk. I am excited to meet his little sister this winter!

I was lucky enough to photograph this little guy the day before his big first birthday. He was smiley and sweet and made the perfect photo session. His dad was willing to do all sorts of funny things to get a laugh out of this one-I always appreciate that! Happy first birthday to all of them!

When this sweet family contacted me about fall photos we did not think Washington DC would have an 80 degree day. I had seen this family 4 years prior at their DC home for their oldest’s newborn photos and they are still just as lovely as they were back then. I loved meeting their new baby and capturing this sweet family. Looking forward to seeing them again!

I’ve been photographing this little girl since she was a baby. I love being both a newborn photographer and family photographer as I really get to watch so many littles grow up! We had a beautiful morning on the waterfront and were able to squeeze some maternity photos in too. Looking forward to meeting their new baby!

This session could not have gone better. An adorable baby and beautiful scenery in Alexandria made for a fun morning. Yes, it was freezing but they were tough and we got these great shots to make it all worth it.
